Technician Krisztain Horvath was very thorough and concise as well as courteous. My only complaint was the delay in obtaining prices from your new system using an I Pad rather than the book. Wasted almost an hour before the actual work started

Toilet removal and installation

Krisztian Horvath removed and installed toilets for us and did an inspection of our present plumbing through the loyalty incentive program, which he introduced to us. He was very efficient and knowledgable and more than that, we felt that he was truly looking out for our needs. He was very polite and respectful and very careful not to cause any damage or mess, starting right at the front door when he placed your service mat In front of the door. We would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I had the shut off valve to one of my toilets replaced. Krisztian Horvath was excellent. He thoroughly explained the process and what needed to be done. He also completed a full inspection of all my plumbing in the house. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Clogged main drain pipe

Shawn and Brent were wonderful at explaining and solving the problem of our clogged main drain pipe.
As Brent was in training he did all the work under the supervision of Shawn. Brent's customer service skills are beyond compare and He will do well with your company. He took the time to explain everything regarding pricing as well and wasn't afraid to ask Shawn questions when needed. I give each of these employees a 10 as well as the Company itself a 10.

Unclogging drain in utility room.

Unclogged drain used for water softener and utility sink. Drain was flowing but slowly. The work was done well. The technician was courteous and professional. I thought the cost for clearing a drain was extremely high. I am tempted to look into purchasing an electric "snake" tool to avoid paying another $500.

Plumbing problem that required a new line to be installed from home to septic tank.

The old collapsed pipe had to be dug up and replaced by a new pvc pipe. Excavation was required by the team. All the work was done as promised and they even replanted my Hostas, that had to be moved to get at the line. We were extremely happy with the work done and the friendly team headed by Sean .

The sewer grate in the basement overflowed and making a mess as well as smelling foul. Your servicemen were very polite and thorough. They checked all the taps, and shutoffs, showers, and toilets. They ran a camera diagnostic through the system up to the city main line across the street. I have no problem recommending your services to my friends and family.
