We have reviewed your initial call to our business, the call recording while booking as well as the invoice and with talking to Krisztian, your technician we have found no errors or mishandling in our conduct or pricing. We apologize if you were unhappy with the pricing; however here at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Caledon we are a fully licensed plumbing business. We back all of our work with an in-house warranty and employ only the best of the best. There is always someone cheaper or less qualified or who does not hold the licensing and insurance that protects both us as a business and you and your home as our client! These are all costly contributing factors in operating a professional run licensed, insured, bonded business such as ours. Our written quotation was presented up front with no obligation to proceed. You did have an opportunity, once presented the options and cost to not proceed which would have allowed you to choose such handyman for $75 but you chose not to do that and accept the professional work which was done fully and completely by us. You also requested a specific appointment time of 8pm as you were not available before that and as we do NOT charge overtime for evening or weekends we were happy to accommodate this late evening appointment for you at no additional cost!
We have never pretended to be the cheapest plumber because that is not what we are, we are however; a reliable, dependable, honest business who provides top notch quality plumbing service.
