They installed all our windows and did weather proofing throughout the house. We did a renovation and they were our neighbours. The crew was on time and on budget - very professional. We did bays, patio doors and the quality of their product was excellent.

We did some research on window installations at the Fall Home Show. We also talked to some friends and neighbours that had had similar work done recently. We selected Centra Windows to do the job because we liked their product, the price was competitive and they were members in good standing with the BBB and the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Assoc.
Centra completed the work as promised and we have been happy with the job.

They replaced twenty-three windows in three days time. During the renovation they found there was no insulation around one of the window frames and at no cost to us installed the insulation. They were very friendly and always kept us informed as to the progress.

Following a robbery at our home where the front door was kicked in and we suffered a significant loss, we decided to replace all of our windows and doors and we called Centra Windows to do the job. We are very happy with all of their work.

They came in, were finished within half a day, cleaned up everything, and the windows look amazing. The house is warm and energy efficient now. Their pricing was the best out of several companies we contacted, and they have the best customer service.

Centra Windows has a very good product. Their salesperson came out and showed me the product options, quoted the completed job and arranged an install date in advance. The installer arrived on time and did a very professional job. All in all, a good service experience.

Centra was very professional and reliable, and very knowledgeable. The customer service was really good, they were right on time, manufactured and delivered on time. They were excellent with customer follow up when the job was done. They came back to service 3 times without question, and took care of it immediately.

They put in two windows in our front that had been leaking. They replaced them with vinyl double paned windows. They were very prompt and cleaned up. They were thorough and make sure it was fitted correctly as initially it wasn't fitting well - they went back and fixed it perfectly. We would certainly hire them again.

Centra windows has a product that is far above standard quality. They arrived on time and was very professional. They cleaned after themselves and had good communication for the project. We required no follow up! I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs new windows doors or siding.
