Fred Boothby Contracting

Work was done for us through our property management company. We had spoken with another company and they explained everything that they would do, so I had something to compare Mr. Boothby's recommendations with. We were dealing with an erosion issue, and Mr. Boothby decided to leave/place organic material under everything,where the other company said that it 100% could not be left in there..... Since the issue was "fixed" it has started to slowly collapse in upon itself. He came back once to patch it instead of fix it, and of course he does not reply to emails or phone calls. Shows up when he wants to, and does not stand behind his work.
