The quality & professional service started with booking the service appointment. The individual I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and ensured we booked the appointment on a day that was forecast to be warm enough for the AC unit to be checked out. On the day of service the office called to confirm as they said they would and the service technician arrived at the agreed to time. The service technician, George, was great to work with. He listened to our description of the issues and while perhaps at first really wondering if we were accurate began to trouble shoot the issue and was able to confirm why the malfunction was occurring and what it would take to fix it correctly - both cost of time and cost of materials. There were no surprises regarding the bill when the job was finished. This was the 3rd time we had had the problem looked at, the first 2 times by the original installer who attempted to but could not correct the issue. George was professional in his approach to the troubleshooting and regarding the incorrect original installation. He left the work area very neat and tidy and wore protective covers over his shoes when entering the house. I recommend without hesitation both Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and George.

Colin was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and advised me I did NOT need a new tank, only the pressure release valve. Relief!! as another company said I did. Colin did the job in an hour, explained to me what happened, showed me the corroded valve and cleaned up. Colin was great! Highly recommmended.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He did not find anything wrong with the plumbing and concluded that it was the dishwasher's problem so they didn't do any "make work" work...but I did get charged $215 for no problems. $75 travel fee and one hour of work to figure out there was no problem. I just think I should have been charged the travel fee not the hour.
Again though, very professional and explained these fees to me...but still very frustrating fee structure.

Knight are our go to guys in everything plumbing related and including this time we were very satisfied with the performed job. Technician Dan came and performed the water valve replacement job quickly and professionally and for a reasonable price. Thank you Knight for another job well done.

Called first thing in the morning, they were here within an hour and had the furnace fixed within an hour including the yearly service it required. Turned out the furnace wasn't installed properly and they fixed it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kevin our technician was awesome as was his apprentice.

Prompt service from Dan, who repaired the leaky faucet and checked the plumbing to ensure that there were no other leaks. Dan was very polite and personable, and I really appreciated the booties used indoors.

George terminated two in floor heating zones that were no longer required, recharged the system then performed preventive service/maintenance to infloor heat system and furnace.

Very knowledgeable, clean and performed all work in less time than expected reducing the projected cost.

Kevin came to my house today to install a new Amana furnace. His service was friendly and professional. Our 25+ year-old water heater had to be replaced as a result of a bad leak. To complicate matters, the shut-off valve to the heater turned out to be broken, and our water main valve was stuck, making draining the tank and stopping the leak that was flooding the basement impossible on our own. Dan, the tech who arrived, worked with us to come up with the most cost-effective strategy for fixing the situation, as it happened on Easter Weekend. He offered to just fix the valve while on the off-hours/holiday labour rates so we could stop the flooding, and then to do the full replacement the next day when regular rates would apply. We took him up on it, and he did great work, was upfront about pricing, was friendly and easy-going, and was quick and efficient about everything, too. Highly recommended.

Main drain inspection - operator very clean and careful due to fully finished location. Clean drop clothes and very careful. Excellent operator who kept us informed through out the process.
