Water heater (warranty replacement)

Woke up to a COLD shower and water spewing out of the top of my water heater. Called Knight and was (as always) greeted by the most cheerful and upbeat person, ever. Was advised that they were booking into the evening, but would put me on the wait list, in the event there was a cancellation. Fortunately, I was the first one on the wait list and in under an hour I get a call that lets me know there has indeed been a cancellation, if the guy can come right away. YES! Dan shows up, checks out the situation, provides me with my options (with all costs), I make my decision and Dan starts to work. Within 90 minutes of Dan arriving at my door, I had a new water heater in place. When Dan left, you would never know he had been here. Everything was back in place and the area was as spotless as when he arrived. Dan was very pleasant, efficient and willing to answer any/all questions I had (I did keep them to a minimum). This is the second time I have called Knight and the second time they have come through for me, with flying colours.

The water heater that was installed ~5 weeks ago was leaking. Called Knight. Dave was out the next morning to survey the situation and very quickly determined that the tank had manufacturing issues (poor welds). An appointment was made, on the spot, for 2 days later (the soonest I could be available). Maria kept me informed as to timing, right up until the time Dan showed up. As with the last service call, Dan arrives, gets to work and within 75 minutes of arriving at my door, I had a new water heater in place. Once again, when Dan left, you would never know he had been here. This level of efficiency and professionalism is no fluke...it is the way Knight operates.
