Terrible Company please don't use

Had a problem with my furnace. Company said guy would be there 1-4 so took afternoon off. Guy turns up at 5.50.

Goes down say for 10 mins and said it a filter problem. Felt embarrassed but pleased nothing worse. Then gives me bill for $204. They quote $75 for service call but what they don't tell you is that it's really $204. The guy then said he should be add another $139 as its late! BTW next day the furnace wasn't working and it wasn't the filter! He was taking photos after he did his job which I now realize was because he expected to come back and charge again for the work he should have done the first time!!!

Thank you for sharing your recent service visit. We apologize that the service did not meet your expectations. Yes, we do charge a standard call out fee to get a Qualified Technician to your home and have a quick look at your issues. We did just that and presented a price to do any work before proceeding. This was authorized to proceed by the homeowner to proceed as discussed and signed. The furnace was in fact running when we left. There were 2 issues with your furnace that are outlined on your paperwork. Along with the plugged filter, the High Limit switch had also tripped. This was most likely to your furnace not getting enough fresh air from the plugged filter. We reset the switch and the furnace was running as also signed by the homeowner. Being upfront with any prices after the call out was discussed with the homeowner. This was was also disputed after we did the work from my understanding. I would be more than willing to discuss this further and hopefully come to a resolution and work with you on your concern.
