Many thanks to Jason, Carlos and Dave for helping us identify our plumbing issue. We had another company do some work for us, but it was Knight Plumbing who was able to actually identify the problem and provide specifics about our issue. We discussed the issue with Dave over the phone, he was able to explain what we needed, and he set up our appointment immediately. Jason called before he came by, and they were prompt. Jason and Carlos were very professional. They were able to find the problem with a camera, and identify the spots in the house where the issues were. Jason was not only very clear about the issue, and why we have been having the plumbing problems that we've had, but he showed genuine care about our problem. They were very thorough and wrote up a very detailed invoice which was very helpful. Thank you!
