Hi - First I would like to say I'm sorry to hear Frank Howard retired. He was fabulous! We were introduced to Knight Plumbing when we purchased a Jayman home and Frank was my guy who helped me trouble shoot all my issues - especially with the Navien!
Today the exceptional service continues with people like Daniel the technician and Alex M. the apprentice who came to fix the leaking/disassembled Moen faucet mess my husband and I created by thinking Youtube would make us "handy". They were understanding, non-judging and very customer service oriented. They solved my issue faucet works fabulous. I wish all repair places had people like this! Thanks so much.....
