I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. They are responsive, professional and timely. A great company.

I contacted DM Air regarding a new furnace and A/C unit.
They were quick to provide me with a competitive quote and installed the new system the following week.

The techs spent all day installing the new furnace & A/C units and removed the old one. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the new system.

My Air conditioner was not cooling last week which lead me to believe I would have to replace my 15yr old unit. I called DM Air as I have had them service my Hi-Velocity heating system in the past. Andrew arrived as scheduled his customer service and knowledge that he provided me was very informative for an AC replacement. I asked about pricing to install a new unit before he even looked at my problem. I was satisfied with his pricing for a new unit and he proceeded to investigate my unit and the problem. Andrew ran testing and came to the conclusion that it was merely an $85 part that only required replacing. Further informed me that this would take care of the problem and that there was no need for a new unit just yet. He checked everything else and said that my unit was running in good condition and would perhaps last another year or 2. He could have been dishonest and recommended I replace it but gave me the truth. I thanked him for his honesty and I will always contract DM Air for future service. I have also recommended DM Air to all my neighbours who all have the same Heating/Cooling system. Service guys like this are hard to come by and with that I will be a loyal customer. Thank you Andrew for being who you are a truly GREAT person :)

Prior to dealing with DM Air Inc. I had another company inform me that a new AC unit would be a good idea to install as the cost to repair my current one would be over $1000. Since my unit was 11 years old I decided to get something new instead. After shopping around I decided on a YORK unit from DM Air Inc.

Scott came to my home to replace my ac unit this morning and discovered that instead of replacing the unit he could fix it by replacing one $90 part.

He did not have to say anything he could have just continued on and installed a new ac unit. Instead he saved me the cost of a brand new unit. Scott could have made a sale and continued on his way, instead, he gained a life-long customer and advocate.

If you need service remember that Honesty and Integrity are worth more than saving a buck or in my case – a new air conditioner.

This company was approached by a local pool company to “hook up” a newly purchased pool heater, in a location at my house with an existing gas line.

The company arrived at my house, with no notice, and performed the 'work'. Two weeks later they mailed me a bill for 300% OVER the expected cost.

They decided on their own, to replace the existing line all together. They decided to have two technicians come out, and spent three hours, allegedly, at my house doing this work. None of this was ever explained to me, nor did they check for authorization to complete this work. They also never explained the extent of the work to the pool company, and did not receive authorization from them either for this ‘extra’ work. I was under the impression this would be a simple hook up, and had never authorized any work beyond that. It has still never been explained to me why I needed a WHOLE new line installed. I assume it has to do with the location in the pool shed where the heater was going, but I would have expected an explanation of additional work, and a price for said work.

When I received the bill in the mail, I was unable to even verify that this was the company that performed the work, because they had not placed a tag on the new line they decided to install. After complaining about the lack of tag, they did come back to my house and put a tag on the line.

I spoke with the owner of the company to have him explain this bill, and give him an opportunity to try to make this better, but he felt no obligation to reduce the bill, despite admitting that he never acquired authorization. He told me, that a lot of his customers don't care how much things cost. And they just want the job done. He assumed that I was one of those customers. I advised him that I’m not in a position to be so frivolous with money, but he advised me that the work is done now, and he has to pay his guys, so I have to pay him. I have paid him, in full, but will never use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them.

I have never had an experience with any other company that communicated so little with the customer, and then felt no need to try to make their customers happy in the end.

i needed a furnace to replace an extremely old one. i am very pleased with the service and products that i received from dm air. they were very helpful informing me about rebates that i could receive.
