Don not trust Buds Wells. Use ANYONE else. Automatically puts liens on property before the bill is even sent.

RESIDENTIAL WELLS DO NOT REQUIRE LICENCES AND DO NOT NEED TO BE REGISTERED

Be cautioned about Buds Wells (Jeff)..firstly, confirm the price of all the components of the drilling (pipe, caulking, filters, rate/metre etc) as this may change as the drilling continues if it is not set beforehand
Finally, BC law specifically states that only wells that require a licence need to be registered; BUDS registers all wells which leads to problems later explaining that this is not a commercial well.
