Day Energy Management-No Longer In Business

Day Energy installed a airconditioner, Hepa filter and Air exchanger in our new home. During the installation I had noticed that the internal coil was damaged, had a few bend fins on it. They said the unit was fine. The following summer, the A/C did not work due to lack of freon. The internal coil was found to be defective. Day energy would not replace the coil or labour and after a week would not return any calls. Soon afterwards they changed to a calling service so you cant call them directly. Since then the outdoor fan motor has seized up and needs replacing as well as last summer the outdoor units relay failed. This A/C unit has been nothing but headaches and no response or help from Day Energy at all. As part of the Air exchanger installation, they installed the exhaust vent to close to a basement window and damaged the foundation but thats another story.
