Quality work and true to their word
The quoting process was very professional and they went above and beyond to provide references, and past projects that I could go and view.
Before starting special care was paid to colour matching our other out building and spot testing the stain for our garage door. It took a couple of tries but they made sure to get it right.
During the painting the team was conscientious and took care not to damage my property including a nasty tangle of raspberries that were climbing up one of the walls they had to paint.
When they started working on the garage door and front door they encountered issues with the clear coat that had been previously applied. In the end they had to sand both down to the bare wood before the new stain could be applied. Despite this multi-day unplanned setback, they kept to the original quote and didn't request any additional compensation.
