Our refrigerator broke down suddenly and we called EnergyTech Appliance Service Inc. For repairs . The gentleman who took the call was very reassuring . A technician was sent to us the same day afternoon and to our relief he very quickly diagonised the problem which was the Relay, which had stopped to work . He changed it with the a new brand name Relay in no time , was there for another 20 minutes to assure himself and us that things were back on track . He was helpful , polite and efficient . Overall a very good initial experience with this company .
