I used Crystal Glass to replace a picture window where the seal failed. I had a few seals failed before and used the manufacture put it took from 2 months to half a year to get the work done. I measured the glass size myself ordered the window with low E and argon gas and eight days later I had a new window installed. I got a day when they could come out plus I got a phone the day of installation letting me now that everything was a go. The service, install and quality of the window I'm all happy with.

We used the online tool to get a quote and were able to bring it in the next day. We removed the frame ourselves and they replaced only the glass. It took a full day, which was sooner than we expected. Went in and the window was done earlier than expected and the cost was 10$ cheaper than we were quoted! The glass had to be cleaned afterward, but they did a great job replacing the pane itself.
