Lex was able to get someone over to replace a part, that was no longer available, within two days and get us back in business.

Crystal Waters always has the clients interest at heart. When called at Christmas, the after hours technician showed me a partial solution that would allow delaying the service call so it would be performed at regular rate rather than premium. Sr one call recently was to replace shutoff valve that I was told by another plumber to replace. Lex from Crystal checked valve and said it was perfectly fine. Lex also fixed our shower faucet for no charge. Great company with excellent staff.

Rob and Sean did a water heater replacement for us and I can say with confidence they did an amazing job. They were both quick and efficient while also being extremely nice and polite. They told us everything we needed to know in detail and answered any questions we had! As a cherry on top they didnt make any mess in our house. If you need any service done call Lex he explained everything perfectly and provided the service we needed very quickly.

The guys came in and were very professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced my hot water tank and were very conscientious when removing the old one, not to drip or cause any damage to my house.

Rob from Crystal Waters was prompt and on time. He explained all the work being done and replaced an old toilet and replaced 2 leaking cartridges from 2 shower taps. He tidied up after all the work was done and tested everything was working well. He was very professional and courteous. Lex arranged the work and provided the pricing which was competitive. He provided product suggestions based on my requirements. Again Lex was very professional and patient.
