We had a new on demand hot water tank and water softener already we were looking to replace professionally. I originally went with this company because they quoted a really reasonable price, and warranty their work. The owner came over and gave us a quote. Talked about our options, and ran through possible scenarios including a worst case. Plumber was courteous and friendly. Our water softener apparently blew up like a geyser when installing, and they did a mostly good job taking care of the aftermath. And they were done in 4 hours which was really efficient for timing! Both systems currently appear to be working fine with no leaks. New water tank gets warmer faster, stays warmer longer, and is quieter when working. Plumber even pointed out the lack of sealing on the previous water tank which was sort of alarming. Only point minus really is that the plumber didn't communicate the water blow up after it happened, and when transporting our old systems (kept to resell), the plumber put the plug into the water softner tank, which may have rendered the system useless for us to resell. Overall I am quite satisfied and would recommend Crystal Waters to my friends and family.
