Leaking sink water line repair
After discovering my kitchen sink hot water line was leaking, I requested service through the web portal on Sunday. I received a reply the same day that I only saw on Monday. They advised someone could be there Monday or Tuesday, and indeed someone contcted me & showed up on Monday at the time they said they would, so I was very happy with the quick response. The repair, which was beyond the scope of my handyman skills, took less than 30 minutes and I now have 2 new connector valves that I feel more confident about than the 20 year old original plastic connectors. All in all, I rate the service as 10 out of 10 and excellent value. I will use the sme company for any future plumbing needs.
