After shopping around, we allowed ourselves to be convinced that Cambridge would be able to deliver windows of good quality and that they would not only perform a quality installation but also stand behind it with a good warranty.... On all counts we were sadly mistaken... The installation was done in a haphazard fashion from the outset with the installers cutting massive gaps of drywall around the window frames, then filling it with foam and slapping on extremely wide trim around it to hide their mess, and used the cheapest grade MDF trims where there had been high quality solid wood trim before... Explanation? Drywall repair was not included in the price; they didn't seem to have an issue including unnecessary damage in the price... although they were good enough to cover the installers coming back to correct 2 windows they installed in inverted locations.

Less than two years into a 25 year warranty I contacted the company to request service for one of the Windows which had obviously lost its seal, given the massive amount of condensation between the panes of glass... Several calls went unanswered before we finally decided to simply budget to have the window replaced by a more competent company next year...

At least we only let them touch one floor and not all 3...

Definitely, absolutely, unequivocally, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.!

I am so satisfied with the work. I never did this before and Gurpreet walk us through the process and his installers were amazing with each step they did we were informed. Love my windows and the people who did this for us THANK YOU

I ordered the windows and doors in April /May as we saw these guys at the home show and they seemed to be knowledgeable with great service. Wrong! They deceived me over and over about where my door was, kept saying they were sending it in for paint or it was there then at the end they finally said they didn't know where it was at, and would rush the door. It was finally ready and installed in Oct. after a few scheduling problems. We had set a date twice then no one showed then they tried to say I got the dates wrong. It all turned out OK but very frustrating and time consuming as I had trouble contacting them on several occasions and had to go to the office to get action.

their pricing was very competitive.
Job was booked with a condition it'll get done by a certain date, it happened but was missing the doors and screens due to a "mistake" in size.
they returned and installed the triple pane doors as promised and because of a confusion on the owner's end it was a bit later than planned but he compensated me and didn't charge for the upgrade.
The smaller windows connections, corners weren't perfect so with no questions they sent a guy out to fix it.
Gurpreet was very caring and genuine in the way he handled mistakes and problems.

Paid a deposit in October with a projected install in December. Install happened in March and even though they came to measure 3 times the measurements were still wrong. Install was poor with silicone dripped everywhere. I would not recommend this company.
