I thought that calling a company that advertises FREE estimates would come out, tell me whats wrong and then we go from there. WRONG!
I was handed a bill for a service call of $155 just for them to look at the unit and tell me I needed a new motor or new unit..... This I already knew myself and was looking to get a price on replacing the motor or replacing the unit.
I foolishly signed the job sheet after their employee said that I can discuss the payment with the boss, continuing to say he is not leaving until I sign the paper.
I called Brant Doyle and was told that he could tell right from the start that a low life like me is going to get a free quote and do the work themselves...... WOW ! This man claimed to know this because he has been in business for 20 some years..... with this attitude I dont know how!
So dont call Doyle or you will be left like me with not hot water, a bill of $155, and on top of all that be called a low life!!

I am not sure who you spoke with but I would never call a customer a low life or anyone else. It is our policy when we receive a service call we send a trained technician to diagnose any issues . Once a diagnosis is made and the job is accepted by the customer the original service call amount is deducted from the price and used as a deposit.
I'm sorry you felt you were over charged and miss treated . We try to give our customers a competitive price, expert knowledge, and excellent customer service.
