We only went with west way appliance because whirlpool said they "service" our area. I use the term service very loosley! Our origional appointment was in July (to fix our dishwasher) that appointment was cancelled by the technician for a personal event.. Another appointment was scheduled the following wednsday however when i returned home the technician never showed up (without a phone call/email) when i called whirpool to ask why they never showed they contacted the tech and he said he was ordering parts denied ever making an appointment that wednsday. I didnt understand how he ordered parts when he hadnt even come to look at my dishwasher to know what parts to order. Long story short, it has been 2 MONTHS and my dishwasher is still broken, the technician never answers his phone or returns messages and the odd chance i can get ahold of him he is very rude and dissmissive. I have since rescheduled with another company. DO NOT CHOOSE WEST WAY APPLIANCE YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR INCONVENIENCE AND A LONG, UNECESSARY WAIT. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES WHO WOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE YOUR BUISNESS.
