I would NEVER build another house with Montorio Homes again!! After a several unanswered emails, I called the office to speak to someone in particular and after waiting on hold the receptionist disconnected my call once she asked a few questions. Very disappointing! You put your trust in a business after they assure you they will take care of you and in the end you are just a transaction.
