I called Arman after getting some quotes that were several hundred dollars over what I thought seemed fair to have AC installed in a 1400sqf cottage. He quoted me a very reasonable price that included a condensation pump because I don't have a floor drain and a kit to convert my two wire thermostat system to a four wire system need to control AC. The installers showed up when they said they would and had the unit installed within a few hours. They even used tarps to protect my floors even though this is just an old cottage. I would recommend Arman and his team to anyone needing AC work
