Initially was impressed with the salesperson and online reviews. Following the installation i had questions/concerns and Dan the manager, who was truly a knowledgable and professional person, personaly came to my home and reviewed my concerns with me which ended up being a big misunderstanding. Dan and Shabnam went out of their way to ensure my questions/concerns were rectified. This company proved to me that they stand by the products/service and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work Air Makers and thank you Dan and Shabnam. Nick

Initially was impressed with the salesperson and online reviews but will never use or reccommend them for the following reasons; 1. the brackets they used for my 3 ton AC unit had no additional support and caused the AC unit to be off balance. Was promised new reinforced brackets and no show. 2. I had Martino contracting come and balance my air ducts and they found that my fan was running at only 500 cfm because when Air Makers installed the AC they did not use a jumper cable because I have a 2 stage furnace. This could have caused damage to my AC due to freeze over. 3. They sub their work out and do not use they own in house people. Please do not use Air Makers and save yourself the hassle by spending a couple of more dollars by hiring a more reputable company.
