We needed to purchase all new appliances quickly. Margaret was very helpful. She went over each appliance and helped us make comparisions to our wish/need list. She was patient and not pushy. We will recommend Margaret to our our friends in need of appliances. We were also able to go back and obtain credits for additional savings (up to 30 days). Every credit is good when you spend $8,600. We can count on Sears if there are any problems with our appliances in the future. In this day and age of fly by night operations, this is priceless.
