We had used them for years and have found their customer service has decreased. This year they didn't come when they said they would and changed their price after we agreed on their quote.

We had Soften That Spot out to fix our eaves which were leaking in two corners of the house. They came, said they fixed it - took our money and left. When I told them that the leak wasn't fixed, they said that they can't justify coming back based on the money they'd charged. I told them, ya, but you didn't fix our problem and said you would. Ron Stevenson, the owner, said sorry, but he will not be coming back again. I would have gladly paid more at the beginning to know that the job was actually done. Poor customer service. You should be ashamed - Soften That Spot.
