We had Soften That Spot out to fix our eaves which were leaking in two corners of the house. They came, said they fixed it - took our money and left. When I told them that the leak wasn't fixed, they said that they can't justify coming back based on the money they'd charged. I told them, ya, but you didn't fix our problem and said you would. Ron Stevenson, the owner, said sorry, but he will not be coming back again. I would have gladly paid more at the beginning to know that the job was actually done. Poor customer service. You should be ashamed - Soften That Spot.

We have used RDD for several projects in two of our homes. The quality and craftsmanship of RDD is unrivaled, and the prices are extremely competitive. We are planning to use RDD again to finish our basement in 2007 and highly recommend them.
