We had a furnace breakdown in the middle of winter last winter. They came out immediately and fixed it without any fuss or problems. They were courteous, clean and had patience in explaining why it happened and how to avoid it in the future.

We asked them to replace 2 furnaces in the summer. Advantage hearing and AC inc respond to service call very fast. We had a furnace failure last week when it was -30C and they came within a couples hours. They located the solution of the furnace and offered solution quickly.
