Been doing some house renovations to our home in the last few weeks leading up to Christmas. My husband and I had contacted Plomberie Louis Amyot in regards to replacing out water heating unit and right off the bat it was great. I had called, and spoke to a VERY pleasant lady who spoke great english (I don't speak great French, however my husband does).. It was just really refreshing. She took our information down and it just so happened that one of their plumbers was in my area doing a service call.. So, she paged him, and asked him to show up to asses what we needed done (at this point my husband wasn't with me, and I am not handy AT ALL - this was really awesome). The young man showed up, and asses what needed to be done and gave me a quote - it took him about 20 minutes! The price was great, and reasonable.
I had mentioned that I was leaving town the next day but that there would be ongoing renovations while I was gone. We quickly set up a time for them to come in while other renovations were going on, to replace our water heater and all others things that needed to be done in terms of plumbing. My husband and I managed to make it back in time for the plumber - as we needed to sign off on a few things before he began his work.
A few hours later, he was done. VERY IMPRESSED. He was quick with his installation and VERY TIDY. NO MESS. Both, my husband and I were very pleased with his work and everything is functioning great! We have lots of hot water!
