My wife and I were finding our house very cold in the winter and could feel the cold air coming through all of our outdated windows. This has been a three year project for us and we are just about finished. Karl Bergen from Supreme Windows is outstanding to deal with. He is very helpful, knowledgeable about his product and always returns our phone calls both before and after the job is completed. Any questions or problems we had, no mater how small the issue was, Karl Bergen or someone from Supreme Windows dealt with the issue in a timely fashion and always lived up to our expectations. All the installers have been outstanding and very professional. Supreme Windows worked with us in supplying our triple-glazed windows, keeping us within our budget and not pressuring us to do more than what we could afford. There has been a huge difference in the temperature of our house. Our gas bill has been reduced and we can't feel a cold draft coming through the windows any longer. We have recommended Supreme Windows to our neighbours and family. Thank you Karl and Supreme.

We bought some windows from Supreme last year and we are very happy with the results. They did an excellent job on both the windows and the install. Karl, the excellent sales rep, was right that you can really tell the difference between double- and triple-glazed in the winter and triple-glazed was not substantially more. We're definitely having Supreme replace the remainder of our windows over the next few years.

When they were putting the doors in our concominuium the doors do not fit (the exterior) and they did not finish the casing outside. in our main residence, when they ripped out the casings, the doors dont fit. You cant close the front door without locking it. It wont close. We think it is an easy break in target now. Very poor workmanship.

I had Supreme windows do a job for me and the results were very good. From the first visit from the salesperson to the installers to the follow up all was first class. I would recomend this company to anybody planning on having any windows or doors replaced.

I want to pass along to you that for the first time in years, we have been able to see out of our windows during the recent cold snap. Instead of thick ice between the layers, the glass is clear, and we cannot feel cold air as we pass by the windows. We appreciate the fact that you Karl, were approachable, knowledgeable, prompt with your evaluation, gave us valuable advice and suggestions and we had a feeling of great trust that our needs would be met. We love the new windows, and your installation crew did a great job. The crew were polite, conscientious, hardworking, respectful, and did a thorough clean-up of the site afterwards. A few minor issues had to be dealt with afterwards, but the service was prompt and extremely well looked after. Thank you for your valuable advice and assistance. This summer I had new windows installed by one of your crews - Matt, Zac, Mike and sorry but I do not have the name of the 4th person. I just wanted to compliment your staff for their professionalism. I was somewhat surprised that not one foul word was heard. In this current time when it seems the norm, it was refreshing to see four young men exhibit such professionalism. In addition they did an excellent job. I was also happy with the two young men who replaced the glass that had a flaw in it. They were very quick and tidy. This is the second time I have contracted Supreme Windows to replace the aging windows in our home. I will be contacting Karl Bergen again and again until all windows are replaced. Karl has excellent ideas and I am always happy with the end results. Thank you.

We highly recommend supreme windows for their excellent service and super customer service. Our old sliding door was a source of heat loss and drafts during the long winter months but with the installation of the new doors a few years back it has made a huge difference as far as warmth and also ofcourse esthetics. It also has been great in summer as we've noticed it keeos our house cooler by keeping the heat out so win win!

Hi Karl – we just wanted to let you know what a difference the new bay window has made in the whole look and feel of our kitchen. We love it! The expanded view we now enjoy is spectacular. The guys installing were great. They are coming back to finish and put in the kitchen window.
