We enjoyed dealing with the salesman very much as he had some very good design ideas and advice. The product we received is very good quality and we have had no problems with the windows (we have had them for about 3 years now). However, we were not entirely pleased with the installation crew. They broke two windows, which happens, but it did cause delays and we were asked to pay the invoice in full before all the work had been completed.
Overall, we would recommend this company.

I have used Supreme to install windows twice now. While their prices were competitive, they excel in customer service. In fact, their customer service has been amongst the best I have ever experienced even comparing them to other industries and businesses. They go above and beyond in responding to inquiries. The installation crews have been polite, been minimally intrusive and done a great job cleaning up. Karl has sized windows and kept them on file so that it's really convenient to process subsequent orders – even two years later. With a busy life, it makes it really easy and I value that. Moreover the helpfulness and patience with questions and hesitations have made the process even pleasant. After all, windows are not cheap. Keep up the good work!

I am writing to let you know how happy I am with the windows installed by your company. I notice that I don’t hear the noise and I sleep so well as I don’t hear the noise anymore. In the summer, my house is so cool and it feels like I have air conditioning on. I don’t open my windows in the summer as my house is so nice cool. I liked the installers as they were very nice and honest. They installed the windows very professionally and were not messy at all. Also, in the winter there is no draft and keeps the house nice and warm.

By the way, I forgot to mention that I had so many quotes from various companies, but what I liked most about your company was your service, quotes and the windows. I always wanted the windows that opened outside and not the sliding ones. All other company’s were offering me the sliding windows with higher quotes.

About 2 years ago, we engaged Supreme Windows to replace 4 patio doors at our rental properties in Okotoks and one at my residence. The job was done professionally, on time and as quoted. The Company did live up to their advertising that everything was cleaned up when the job is finished.
Based on our previous good experience with the company, we now replaced 26 windows in our Okotoks rental properties. Again, the job was done very professionally, in a time frame of three days, much to our great satisfaction and relief of our tenants.
We have received many complimentary comments from our tenants about the great improvement in appearance, as well as sound reduction from the street noise and radiant heat from the southern sun exposure, especially on those windows where we selected the Triple Glazed Solarguard Titanium Low E Glas, Argon filled.
We followed up the rental property job with having Supreme Windows replace another patio door and seven windows at our residence. After two days, that job again was done very professionally and we like the new appearance of our home. The Nutmeg Brown Cladding accented the beige new windows to our great satisfaction.

I want to let you guys know about my experience with you.
I had all the windows and doors replaced in my house about 4 or 5 yrs ago,(I forget)
The reason I am sending this is to let you know how happy we are with our decision to have this done.
My wife and I both comment occasionally how much it has changed our house. Even after several yrs we still mention it.
The bills have gone down (as promised) and the house is incredibly more comfortable.
The workmanship has proven to be flawless (they still look brand new)
The installation was done efficiently and we hardly knew they were here. (clean up was done by the guys)

Good evening Karl!

Kevin and his crew finished mid afternoon and you probably know Dave McDonald dropped by with the doorlite and that is done too.

I was impressed by their workmanship and willingness to work with me to minimize potential problems with the shutters and blinds. I must admit I am still a little anxious about the shutters and will be relieved when they go up without any problems too.

Anyway, we are really happy with the new look...and we have quality windows now for the rest of our years in our house.
