We'd be happy to recommend Karl and Supreme Windows to new clients. Karl was 100% professional in every way: friendly, no-pressure, knowledgeable and helpful with our requests for customizing a standardized condo project. Between the order and the installation, Karl took a brief vacation and when he got back, worked late into the evenings emailing us on a couple of occasions to make sure things were on track. The installation team likewise was efficient, thorough and totally competent in both installation and cleanup. The product speaks for itself--absolutely excellent. We had some windows installed by Supreme last week, and we must say that you are correctly and most aptly named Supreme Windows. We had used Supreme probably about 10 years ago in a previous premise in South Wood, we were happy to come back to you again. Everybody on your crew: from our initial consultation with Karl, Dave in your office that I spoke to and particularly Kevin and Greg, the installers. I couldn’t ask for better professionalism from any of you guys...top to bottom. You were most definitely the highest price quote that we received; we received three quotes on our windows. We decided to go with you guys because of our previous experience and because first impressions count. Karl gave us a very good, very professional presentation on the windows; and at the end of the day when Kevin and Greg were completed, they were consistent with everybody else at Supreme, they supported our point of view and did a fantastic job. We are very, very happy. If we find another premises in years to come that need new windows we will not hesitate to contact you guys. Again thank you very much.

Just a quick note...on a scale of 1-10 you score a 14 with us. Your service and help on getting us the front door we wanted was over the top! We really appreciated all your extra effort and your friendly nature.

The sales rep. (Karl Bergen) is very knowledgeable with his products and will give you his best recommendation on what type of windows to take (trust his advice). The windows we had before were very old (80 years old) and were very difficult to be removed. They did it without charging us extra money. Our new windows from Supreme are of the highest quality and well worth the money. They are very busy, be prepared to wait for 2 - 3 months after you place the order!.

My wife and I have had a number of windows replaced and our patio door. We are very pleased with the product and Karl was amazing. But, the service we received on the warranty work is less than satisfactory. Our phone calls have not been returned even though we left a number of messages. Some of our concerns have been addressed immediately and some have not. Our siding was damaged by the instalment crew. The siding was colour matched but it was not the same colour, so we have two colours of siding on our house. After repeated phone calls to Supreme to deal with this issue and some other small issues, we gave up. We were very disappointed in the warranty work customer service. We have not finished replacing our windows and do not know if we will be using Supreme Windows to finish our house.

Further to my comments made December 19, 2012. My wife and I were very disappointed in the Warranty work as a number of issues were not dealt with, calls not returned etc. A few months ago we contacted Les Willett (Renovation Consultant) from Supreme Windows. He took the time to listen to our concerns and issues we had with Supreme Windows on our Warranty Work. Les addressed all our concerns and kept us up to date on when our warranty work was going to be done. Les even took the time to inspect the work that was completed. This was a nice change and we will only be dealing with Les when we order the remainder of our windows. Thank you Les for picking up the ball and dealing with the warranty issues when others at Supreme Windows did not.

The tenants are very happy with the windows replacement, they said that the workmen were very friendly and professional and Karen and I noticed how warm it was inside when we viewed them.

Everything went great I am really happy with the windows. The installers were awesome, very tidy, very quick and the windows look great. Thanks again Supreme, awesome job. We're really enjoying the new windows.

I am very pleased with the windows. Karl was very helpful with all of his thoughts and suggestions. All the windows look fantastic, In particular i) the curb appeal of the house is dramatically better; and ii) the sunlight and views in the dining room and living room are nothing short of fantastic. The sunlight in the family room, understandably, is a bit diminished with the 3-panel garden door unit but the room looks much better with the new door system. Ryan and his crew were very hardworking, very courteous and very friendly. All in all, it was a pretty big job and I'm very satisfied with the design, look, quality of windows, quality of installation and the work ethic, skill and level of care of Ryan and his crew. Again I would like to emphasize how polite & courteous Ryan and his entire crew were. I hope to be calling on Karl again within the next couple of years to get a new front door unit installed in my house and I won't hesitate to encourage my neighbours and friends to send their window and door business to Karl and Supreme.

As you know our house is only 15 years old, however the builder-grade windows were really substandard. Since installing our new windows, we've certainly noticed a big difference in several areas, including noise and heat transfer. We had our first cold night of the winter this past weekend and we were pleased to see, or rather not to see any condensation despite the humidifier running in our bedroom. In past, there was so much frost and condensation on the bedroom window, it didn't completely clear until mid-morning and it's a South exposure. Looking forward to getting the rest of the house done.

Today we've joined HomeStars specifically to praise this company. In our previous home we needed new sliding glass doors and after 3 quotes from different companies were most impressed with them. So glad we did! Our next home really needed new doors and a couple of large windows replaced. Heating bills from our first winter to our second (after install) dropped by more than half! Work was on time, professional, fast, and they are the only window/door company we would ever use. From the very first call, to the estimator, to the installers, and any adjustments needed to the doors after a couple of months, these people are friendly and professional and really take care of their clients. Highly recommend!
