I had a leak in my building and many came and gave me different estimates and some were kind and some were not .Even i had roofing companies who received many top reviews some 50 and more reviews and there estimates were ridiculous thinking they can take advantage of many top reviews. I even told one of them what the cost would be with Aluplex and details of work to be done and then he asked me what the company's name was and i told him Aluplex and i assumed he would use Aluplex because i found out he was a general contractor too.The skylight is an old big skylight and with no easy access and it was in a heritage building in downtown Toronto so that is why the cost was 3600 HST included in this price.Mr. Dino being patient and easy to talk to which is very important to me with the cost ( i made him come twice to visit the site) and i still at that time told him I wasn't sure and there was no problem for him and told me if i want it done i can contact him later
The work was done professionally and very clean that even the tenants were very happy. The skylight is beautiful and I'm really happy. Please remember that my skylight was and exceptionally difficult one to work with and the size huge
