Me and my wife are new to Calgary so we had no preconceived notions about any of the local construction companies. Although Trico homes appeared to spend less on their marketing vs their competition (their sales office, sales collateral, etc) we weren't fooled at all. Instead, we paid attention to the quality of their workmanship, level of customer service (backed by their online reviews) and of course, their affordable prices. Everything felt right, and we soon realized that we'd made the right decision. Everything from sales (thank you for answering a million questions for us Ashleigh/Jayce), the design stage (thank you Lindsay for your input/help) all the way to the builders and staff responsible for building, inspecting and completing our home. All in all, I've got nothing but good things to say about these guys. And, if we ever build again in Calgary, I know exactly who to go to! Thank you once again- we love our new home. Harjot
