House purchasing
Here we go again ... my last review was not so good when it came to TRICO HOMES - but i can assure you this time around i am not dissatisfied at all. Firstly my partner and I were checking out show homes all over the deep south east of calgary and came across this hidden gem. We walked through all the show homes (albi & cedarglen) in Riverstone leaving Trico last to check out and me having a bad taste in my mouth left by them on my last build. We were greeted by a cheerful sale lady (Rachel) where as the other two builder sale rep kinda gave us that look as if these houses are above our price point without even knowing what our price point was. We walked through the Kennedy 2 / looked at the lot map and we were hooked. We were not willing to let this lot be snatched up by anyone else. Rachel knew how interested we were on this lot but we still had questions to ask the Sales Manager (Chalsey). Once we had those questions answered we put our deposit down and it was our. Rachel and Chalsey have made this experience so easy for us. The service these two ladies bring to Trico is outstanding and have taken away any bad thoughts of Trico that i have had in the past. They are completely knowledgeable about the model of homes and services they are selling. Now looking back at the YORK 29 its truly the experience leading up to the build that makes or breaks the experience. Warren from the YORK 29 build needs to take a lesson or two from these ladies - i can't thank these two enough for making this experience as enjoyable as it has been so far . I need to write a separate review on the design center experience.
