I have had nothing but positive experiences with Trico homes in terms of their new home warranty. Anytime there has been an issue with the home I have received a quick reply from Yasmina and had the issue resolved as soon as she can.
They have always tried to be accommodating and respectful towards us. We have had very few warranty issues and anything that has come up has been addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with Trico in terms of the quality of the home, the layout and style of the home, and their high level of customer service. They take pride in what they do and take any negative customer feedback very seriously. As a customer it makes me feel valued and that my needs are their priority.
