Im an out of province buyer and had a new house constructed in Alberta with the help of Trico Homes. Despite needing to communicate over calls, emails and messages, the organization made out in a very helpful level of effort to ensure that I was involved within every step of my homes development and clearly showed their dedication to the community they work with.

Trico Homes is our home builder, and we have successfully taken possession and moved into our new home. We are extremely impressed with the quality of construction provided by this builder. Every detail, from the exterior to the interior finishes, has been executed to the highest standards. Our family has been living in the new house for a month now, and we couldn't be happier.

Even when we discovered a few areas inside the house that needed touch-up paint after moving in, Trico Homes provided immediate maintenance. Their service is prompt and professional, and we are thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of their customer care. Particularly noteworthy is Justin, the sales manager, whose efficient problem-solving and dedicated service left a profound impression on us. He ensured that all our concerns were addressed promptly and effectively, enhancing our overall experience.

We recently bought two houses from Trico and their customer service is the worst
Everyone in the office is super rude and they treat us as we did something wrong by buying house from them
Especially their warranty team dont know how to speak to customers
Worst ever decision of choosing them to buy house
Will never recommend TRICO builders to any of my friends and family
They dont listen to your problems and tend to postpone the stuff and keep on finding excuses to not fix the problems
It was the worst day when I decided to chose them
They should learn to treat their customers well

Just want to thank you for all your hard work in are new home . I love it. However not happy with the quality of the materials used even if We choose and standard materials should be a better quality. We paid a lot money. We have many friends with new houses and quality are better for standard, the doors, carpet, kind of paint just to name some. I hope you can understand are frustration and consider your quality for customers.
