We recently used ParkAire to install a new AC unit and tankless hot water heater. Darren and Emma were easy to communicate with, he quoted a fair price, and his team did a great job on installation day. They were a breath of fresh air after dealing with some other HVAC companies. Recommended!

We were having the company who normally serviced our Navien combi boiler/hot water heater in for the annual service. We'd never had that technician before. He was in the house 2 minutes before saying:
1: he had CO readings
2: the unit had to be shut down
3: the company doesn't deal with Navien any more so we'd have to replace with 1 of the 2 they use. It would be $11,000.
We didn't believe/trust/like this guy and told him to leave the system as he found it and please go away. That call was $135 + HST. And he said he'd have to call Enbridge (not explaining that that brings the fire department and police as well - imagine our surprise).
We immediately called Park Aire who had initially installed the system (don't know why I wasn't using them for service - we sure will be from now on), and Darren (Parks of Park Aire) was at our house within the hour.
He looked at the system, couldn't find any CO readings. Neither could the fire department, who showed up while he was there, but Enbridge did, so the system was turned off.
Darren called Navien to see if there was warranty and explained to us that if they would replace the whole unit that was great, but if it was parts then we should get a new unit. Their favoured brand would be about $7,800. We felt this was solid advice and agreed with him.
By 3:00 Darren confirmed there was a full warranty and he'd have the new unit for us from the depot by Tuesday. He was very sorry it couldn't be Monday and offered to bring heaters so we wouldn't be too cold. This January being fairly warm, we were ok.
Glitch in the courier, so through no fault of Park Aire Tuesday became Wednesday. It is now Wednesday at 4:30 and our heat and hot water are back on supplied by to brand new unit that Darren secured under warranty, with us paying the labour of $1,500. It was money we happily spent. His guys were tidy and efficient.
Thanks to Darren and his crew! We will only ever be calling them. Oh, and I'm in residential real estate so I'll also be recommending them to all my clients who ask.

Had these guys in to replace my furnace and could not be happier! They were polite and friendly, took great pride in their work and made sure I was satisfied before they left when the job was done. They cleaned up every thing and left no trace that they were every there.

Its hard to find a trustworthy company these days, Greg and his team made you feel like family.

We discovered Park Aire about 12 years ago when the Central Air conditioner in our first house conked out. At the time, we obtained several quotes and they offered the best price and the quickest turnaround time. We were very satisfied and as a result we have used them several times, for all three houses we have lived in; to repair and service the furnace in our second home; to install BBQ gas lines in our current and previous home; and to maintain the air conditioner at our second home.
So when the central air conditioner died in our current home, they were the first ones we called and the people we had replace it.

Do not use them; unprofessional and wrong diagnosis not only was charged for money but it took me time to get a second opinion with the fraction of cost to repair. Park Aire technician was not even sure what the problem was and suggested to change the entire unit (only 2 years old). Then on insistence settled for less repair but with wrong diagnosis nevertheless. As a well wisher texted them but no reply so far.

The fan on the air conditioning unit outside wasn't working on the hottest day of the year, so I had no cooling system. Justin from Park Aire came first thing the next morning at 7:00 a.m. He immediately identified the source of the problem, replaced the part and was gone in 20 minutes. Great service!
This was the third time I've used Park Aire- the first 2 were for furnace repair. They have consistently been courteous, efficient and fairly-priced.

Darren's team has installed units in both our houses over the last 5 years and we've been very happy with the service and the professional advice. His team was timely and friendly.

This review is long overdue. Darren did work for us on several occasions and every time its a 10 out of 10. When one of his guys couldn't make the appointment last year, Darren went out of his way and came to install the gas line in our brand new house himself, although it meant he was going to be late for his own family function. We really appreciated to be able to use our kitchen after a stressful move. On a different occasion, tenants in our rental property called when heat exchanger in their furnace died. This of course had to happen right on Christmas Day last year. Everybody we called wanted to sell us a new furnace. Darren took down furnace serial numbers and called the manufacturer to confirm that in fact the heat exchanger was still under warranty. He then sent one of his guys to pick up a new part from the manufacturer in the morning and installed it the same day for a total price of $500. This saved us at least $3000 not to mention that our tenants were happy to have their heat back in less then 24 hrs. Talk about customer service, value and integrity. Needless to say, we always call Darren for any heating or cooling work and would recommend Park Aire to anyone without hesitation. Keep up the great work! Cheers, Vitaly in Oakville
