I would highly recommend Bow Home Comfort Systems. Russ replaced my old furnace and air conditioner and I have been very happy with the results. The new air conditioner is much better than my previous model due to Russ's guidance and experience choosing the best components.
They are very prompt on answering questions and inquiries, usually responding immediately. I have had only one issue with my new heating/cooling system and it was very quickly fixed as a warranty issue.

Russ is a very professional person and he is very tidy, no messes left behind. We were very please with his price. We contacted BOW to replace our A/C system that needed to be updated. We could not ask for a better contractor; service was prompt as promised, efficient and reasonably priced as guaranteed. A few days later the motor to the furnace stopped working; outside temperature now 31 deg, definitely required immediate attention. Once again BOW was at our house after the call and withing hours we were comfortable again. Highly recommend this company to all my friends, super-excellent service.
