We had our new furnace installed 2 years ago by Bow, and we were 100% satisfied with our new furnace and the installation. Russ is a very professional person and he is very tidy, no messes left behind. We were very please with his price. We had to have Russ back for a service call and he was back the next day to do a little adjustment. Thank you for an excellent service. We will definitely do business with Bow again.
