Russ and Andrew are amazing!

In 3 short days they managed to complete a lot of work for our unfinished basement:
- Move duct work from the ceiling to the walls
- Move gas manifold to a back wall to allow a door to be created
- Reduce number and size of overhead ducts to reduce future bulkhead size
- Add gas line outside to BBQ area
- Add gas line to kitchen stove area
- Add ventilation for bathroom area

They both had suggestions for improvements we could make to our basement so it will be a lot nicer when finished in the future!

Russ and Andrew installed a new Goodman furnace and A/C system for us 4 1/2 years ago. We could not have been more satisfied.

We had no problem at all with the system until today. Got up and rhe house was not warm. I phoned Russ and within 2 hours he and Andrew were here and within another hour the problem was fixed. Under warranty. No charge. These guys are the best. Highly recommend.

Bow Home Comfort Systems came to our house today to replace our old furnace with a new one. They worked very efficiently and were here for about 4 hours. The workspace was left very tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Bow Home Comfort Systems!!

Russ and Andrew were great in assisting with the pre-work to rectify some installation issues, came to our home several times prior to the installation. Great installation, used drop clothes to ensure a very clean job and they both stayed to make sure we understood how the system worked. Would highly recommend Bow Home Comfort Systems.

Recommended by a close friend. I had Russ and Andrew install a new water heater in October, and after some research, I decided this father and son team were who I wanted to install my new heat pump. This new unit will replace a 35 year old a/c unit.

I contacted Bow Home Comfort and they came the same day to give me an estimate on replacing 24 year old furnace. They realized the furnace would not last too much longer and once I received the proposal they schedulled installation within three days as the weather was getting colder. They explained everything they were going to do and they were very consientious in their work . They removed the old furnace and cleaned up the entire area before leaving. I was very pleased with their work ethic and I would recomend Bow Home Comfort to anyone needing a furnace replacement.

This job was 2 hours from their residence. Heat pump install with existing furnace. Thermostat was upgraded to smart thermostat. No surprises, good work.

The company came within the same day. My furnace was not working and needed a part. Very professional and very satisfied.

When Russ and Andrew came to give us an estimate for what we wanted to do, they went over our options for two hours, gaining our trust. It was important and great to deal with the owner of the company doing the installation. When they said they would be here to work, .. they were! They laid drop-cloths where ever they were working and walking, everything stayed clean, and was all cleaned up when the left. I will certainly recommend BOW Home comfort! Larry and June Mercey

Our air conditioner broke right before we were to have a birthday party . Found Bow home comfort systems and they were able to come out and put in a new heat pump exchange quickly . They have worked on a couple houses on my street and everyone is very satisfied with their work . Rus and Andrew were very helpful explaining how everything worked and they answered all my questions . Will be recommending to family and friends in the future .
