I arrange for carpet cleaning and furnace deal that was offered. The technician didn't even bother to call me that he couldn't make it for that day, so I called the company about it and agreed to book it the following day. Then the technician came for that day and started charging me a unreasonable sky high price. So I told him if I could just leave those two other jobs and do it next time, and then he told me unprofessionally "no we have to do it, that how we make money"..So I told him that was not mention in the deal that I actually have to do it..then he got furious and told me "do you want me to do it or not?! coz I have lots of other jobs to do."..I told him to get out of my house, then I called the company in which transfered me from about 4 different people with no apology. The last person that I spoke with told me without apology to just get a refund from the dealfind site that I got it from. I would not ever in my life recommend Perfection Carpet Cleaning and Furnace to anybody because of their 'UNPROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR SCAMS"

we heard about this company through the previous homeowners. We were not happy with the carpeting cleaning. The guy came in and did the job way too fast. It was the fastest job i havent ever seen. And it wasn't done well. The stains were still there. I told the guy to reclean it, but he said that the carpets were too worn to be cleaned. I wasn't pleased. I definitely wouldn't use again.

Arranged for furnace and carpet cleaning deal that was offered. Technician arrived but had no water to do the carpet but did furnace and all ducts. Told my wife that he would reduce bill by $20. The original deal was $99 for carpet, furnace and 10 ducts bill was $277.00 and thankfully she turned down all the other options they offered
Unable to get any satisfaction after many phone calls even though the company advised me that they would be back to complete the agreed upon work. two days later Now awaiting a call from the owner. This outfit is not a member of the 'Better Business Bureau and unless they learn something about customer service they never will be.

Perfection Carpet called us and arranged to 'completely clean your furnace for $150.00 plus 10 ducts' They came while I wasn't home and told the wife that they wouldn't do it for less than $500.00 . When they said that due to the extreme dust, we must charge extra or your furnace will burn up' my wife begrudgingly paid them $250 for the minimum cleaning - and they left dangerous metal shards all over my basement. They do not honour their word, contracts, or their money back guarantee - they are crooks!

They said that they would phone at 7:00 and confirm the time that they would come over.They were supposed to come in at around 8:00 to do the cleaning. They didn't phone.They were 4 hrs late. Cleaner was lost. My wife seen the driver go by our house two times and he kept on driving by. My wife then phoned their office and the secretary said maybe you should go after him.Secretary was very rude to the customers. Cleaner does not carry a phone with him because he said that it cost to much.They have to use the phone from their clients. (CHEAP COMPANY) He said that he phoned us and he didn't. He was scratching his back on the corner of a wall like a camel in heat when my wife was talking to him. My wife told him to watch the corner on the walls because we just got professional renovations done in our basement and the paint was still wet on the walls. He rubbed his hoses on the corners and wrecked six corners, he said, well what do you want me to do about that. Cleaner wanted to deduct $40.00. My wife was so mad, she kicked him out. The total to get the professional painters to come in again would cost us about $175.00 to $200.00. They have to patch one corner, let it set, bye paint again & then come back and repaint.
