I am always wary of entering a store and having to fend off sales people. This did not happen here. My sales associate lady was great about being available to answer questions but was never pushy. My husband and I spent over two hours trying to decide between bedroom sets and she was great the entire time. She was very knowledgable about each bedroom set.
We ended up custom ordering a Canadian made set. I'm very happy with my new bedroom set and the service I received.
I am sure we will be back.

arrogant sales manager, extremely long waiting period 20+ weeks,
poor delivery schedule/plan...

ordered our dining set November 01, and was told the dining set will be delivered in January, then said may be February, then March, now it looks like sometime in April. The conversation between us and the store is far from satisfactory.

At least, they did not care about me and my order...

I love this store! It is so homey and cozy. The sales staff are professional as well as relaxed and friendly. I just recently bought a bedroom set that I love. One of the night stands was damaged when I got home, so I brought it back and the staff replaced it no questions asked. I have plans to go back and order a dinning room table and chairs as soon as I can.

Great quality and excellent customer service. I am very happy with everything I have bought from there. Almost everything was already in stock, and the stuff that wasn't was delivered quickly. They don't always have exactly what I want but I would much rather purchase furniture from them than a lot of other stores.

I can't say enough good about this company, the sales staff and the customer service! I love the furniture, it is standing up very very good with a toddler who has lots of activity! Its very very durable! They came and installed it for us within a hour! Showed me how to care for the furniture and the sales staff called me back later to check to see if I had any questions. I will definitely buy more furniture from this company in the future!

the customer service here was excellent. fast and efficient. i purchased 3 bar stools, it wasnt in stock they ordered it from another store for me and quickly followed up.

Friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I wanted an item they do not normally carry but they got it for me anyway. Helpful advice provided on fabrics, styles, etc. Delivered products within specified time. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience. Highly recommend this company.

We bought a master bedroom set from konto Fall 07.
when they delivered it was damaged. the person delivering tried to brush it off as general wear and tear, that happens after you get a new item and you use it for a while.
Not before you get something. anyways called the company and received the item. this time again it was damaged, company has yet to call me back, left 3 messages for them.
got one message saying that we did complain about damaged item, but our records indicate we reshipped an item.
Ya that was for the first screw-up, not the second, anyways no contact for them.
we paid extra for setting up the bed etc, however they did a bad job, kept the screws loose, it creaked and the bed wobbled, had to redo this myself.
Konto does not take responsibility for its actions, and refuses to stepup and fix things when they mess up.
I will NEVER by from these shady people.
