I had contacted them with a broken window. They were very fast and prompt to come out measure and order the glass and replace for me. Whomever answers the phone is also very friendly not like some other places i called.
the customer service here was excellent. fast and efficient. i purchased 3 bar stools, it wasnt in stock they ordered it from another store for me and quickly followed up.
I had purchased a bedroom set from here, I love it. I wish it came in King size though and now its in the guest bedroom. The price is a little higher then other places, i found something pretty similar to here for a little more then half the price of what they are charging but the service was great!
