We have been with Westview for over 15 years and would never change. We won't be dazzled by big name 'state of the art' alarm systems - we have all that with Ed. He is meticulous in his work, and is always there to address any concerns. I would highly recommend him for solid, reliable service and a system that meets all needs.

WORTH EVERY SINGLE CENT. Ed is a stellar professional who knows his trade well and takes the time to do a proper custom installation. We moved into a large house with an older system that needed an update to the house and fire alarms and we wanted to install water alarms. He went through each of the rooms methodically, addressed all of our concerns (not matter how minor), visited multiple times to ensure that the job was being done properly, and hired excellent electricians to wire in our new main panel. He is also a lovely, caring soul. Two weeks prior to meeting with him, we had a very inadequate attempt at an installation with a large phone/internet company who roped us into a 5 year contract and a dismal system that barely offered coverage for the front door and 2 windows. Don't go with the big company that doesn't care about you! Go with WESTVIEW!!!

After a seemingly unresolvable problem with my phone line from the local service provider, Ed made the time to help me integrate the phone conversation with the alarm monitoring station. Ed, our service technician, is always reliable and timely in his response to our service requests. Great company, knowledgeable and courteous service tech.

Got referred to try out Westview- am glad i did. Professional, efficient and super friendly, polite service. Cant comment on alarm as i just got a battery replaced but I was very impressed with the gentleman who came by. If i ever do need a new alarm i would definitly call them again.
