Extremely happy with Lincoln Appliances. True professionals. We had an issue with a new 5 day old LG fridge. It was painful dealing with LGE Canada. However, when they connected me with Lincoln Appliances for warranty repair it was a dream. Lady who called to setup appointment (I do not remember her name) she was extremely accommodating and showed empathy. She booked me in earliest as possible, as a priority. They ended up having a earlier opportunity to swing by as the tech was ahead of schedule. It was made clear, no guarantee to have it fixed that day. Rohan there tech was dispatched. Rohan another true professional technician came prepared with replacement parts he thought he may need, without seeing the fridge with only a model and serial number to go by. Rohan, did his troubleshooting, replaced the main PCB. Fridge was back to life. So far, still working. He was very detailed in explaining/showing the process of elimination. Very calm and confident, like a true professional. I am very happy with the overall professionalism from Lincoln Appliances. I highly recommend calling Lincoln Appliances for your appliance needs.
