I have dealt with Knight Heating for a number of years and they are our go-to people for our heating and plumbing needs. Consistently their staff, especially Lloyd, have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, timely and in these times of Covid, safety conscious. They always clear up any mess the job generates and at the end of the job ask me to inspect and approve of the project. I have recommended Lloyd and Knight Heating to my sister in Leduc and he was happy to make his way out there to assist her. Needless to say, she was most pleased with him on a professional and personal level. I would highly recommend Knight Heating to anyone with plumbing or air conditioning needs.

Responded within an hour when my furnace went out. Technicians were knowledgeable, very efficient and courteous. Brought heaters to keep house warm till new furnace arrived. Lloyd and staff were great to work with from start to finish.

Lloyd was fantastic - he gave me the rundown on the furnace in our new house, addressed all my concerns about efficiency, and the potential for issues when old man winter arrives - and stays. He was efficient and thorough, and I'm now confident we won't be waking up to a -40C house in February.

My air conditioner quit on the hottest week of the year. I couldn’t get anyone to come out and fix it for a week. A tech from Knight was next door doing some work. He came over and didn’t quit until it was fixed and working.

They were willing to work around my schedule and was able to get the last appointment so I did not have to miss work, the gentleman that came was knowledgeable and gave few tips and very personable and professional. Small company and can't wait for my winter heating maintenance
