Very bad service their management doesn’t listen to customer complain their sales man are not qualified their sales men they do their best to make sale with false information they don’t back their warranties .
I well post all the information after I sue this business.

Bought couch from them and made a complaint for its quality immediately we found, they send tech and replaced seats 2 times but still problem exists it took 6 months and than they offered us to replace the sofa, and replacement came in March 2018, they called us to say that now you have to pay more money almost half price of new sofa, we said this is not what we agreed and we got replied the person you dealt with is no more with us and this is the decision of current manager... will never buy from them and will never recommend to any way.

They delivered 5 piece of appliances 4 weeks a go and dent the whole drywall ( new construction House) and damaged our property. I refused to sign the paper works but the PROMISED me to come and fix their mess the day after. after four weeks of calling not only no body shows to fix the walls but also it is impossible to get a hold on the delivery section!! awful company and rude awful staff.

We bought our house last year. Our furniture is mainly from Lean's. This location has huge space and has a lot of selections. The customer service meet my expectation. The coffee table which we bought has a broken part. I called and exchanged it without any problem. The staff who answered my phone call is friendly and helpful. The only thing they need to improve is the process time when you make the payment. It took me more than 30mins to make the payment.

$500 is the cost of our warranty. We had difficulties with the company and they kept sending out service technicians, but some could not find problems, but the machine did not work. The service was not adequate for the warranty money that we paid.

I bought a leather recliner and was a great addition to my living space--no need to move out from wall and very comfortable--financing was very easy and delivery very prompt

When I bought my home I needed all new furniture. I walked into Leon's on a Saturday morning and started to look around. A sales person came right up to me and helped me figure out with the size of my living room what type of furntiture woudl work best. I enede up with a leather couch and two chairs, a dinning room set in a beautiful dark wood, a new washer and dryer, and a deep freeze! I loved that I was able to get great deals all in one place with excellent service. The delivery time was fast and the guys had a huge smile on their faces. I would reccomend this place to people who don't have a lot of time to shop around and want good quality products.

This spring, I bought a omplete set of bedroom furniture from Leons. I went into the store 3 times to search for what I wanted. The sales people who helped me were always pleasant but I found them a little pushy. However, the salesperson who helped me make the final purchase was very helpful and efficient. She seemedto understand my requirements and discussed various options with me. When I made my final decision, she helped make the purchase process very quick and easy. Leons held the furniture until I wasready to receive it and delivered it on time and in good condition. I am very pleased with the furniture and recommend Leons to all my friends.

The staff were really good about giving me my space to shop around the store. They weren't pushy or aggressive. They were friendly. I was able to take home the entertainment centre on the same day. I just had to wait for a couple of end cupboards, which I picked up within the week. Overall, I was satisfied with the services provided.
