DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER IF YOU WANT A GOOD HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Bought our first home from Qualico. Was a horrible first time home buying experience mainly due to their terrible customer service, poor craftsmanship in the homes and the poor follow-up. The sales lady at the beginning, who helped us buy our home was great, super informative, helpful and empathetic. Beyond that, the customer service is terrible and I mean that in all other areas of Qualico. The craftsmanship of our home is of terrible quality. The follow-up to fix deficiencies in our home is lagging or non-existent. They brush off home deficiency issues like it's not their problem. Seems like Qualico wants nothing to do with you after you take possession. They definitely don't take responsibility for their actions. They either make up excuses or it's your problem. I feel like I have to be a nuisance and consistently contact the employees responsible for specific areas in our home in order to receive a response.
Design Q, the interior design part of Qualico has TERRIBLE customer service. They're very unaccommodating, rude and lack sympathy. The secretary Lynn is exceptionally rude. They rush you through your appointment and have no consideration that we spend thousands of dollars on our home and would like to ensure that we're making the right decisions. The girl that helped us with our interior design of our home lacked knowledge and seemed very green. This was not helpful at all considering we're first time home buyers.
All in all, stay away from this builder. The cons definitely outweigh the pros.
