In Canada it's Hard to make a money. Only dream is good quality of house. I had worse experience with under Qualico Developer Builder I went though my warranty they had take along time but issue is still as it is. Please I urge to city counselor control over those big fishes who does not focus on Quality they just focus on Quantity. I am rising this issue to my Member of parliament and kick them out permanently construction business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER IF YOU WANT A GOOD HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE!! Bought our first home from Qualico. Was a horrible first time home buying experience mainly due to their terrible customer service, poor craftsmanship in the homes and the poor follow-up. The sales lady at the beginning, who helped us buy our home was great, super informative, helpful and empathetic. Beyond that, the customer service is terrible and I mean that in all other areas of Qualico. The craftsmanship of our home is of terrible quality. The follow-up to fix deficiencies in our home is lagging or non-existent. They brush off home deficiency issues like it's not their problem. Seems like Qualico wants nothing to do with you after you take possession. They definitely don't take responsibility for their actions. They either make up excuses or it's your problem. I feel like I have to be a nuisance and consistently contact the employees responsible for specific areas in our home in order to receive a response.
Design Q, the interior design part of Qualico has TERRIBLE customer service. They're very unaccommodating, rude and lack sympathy. The secretary Lynn is exceptionally rude. They rush you through your appointment and have no consideration that we spend thousands of dollars on our home and would like to ensure that we're making the right decisions. The girl that helped us with our interior design of our home lacked knowledge and seemed very green. This was not helpful at all considering we're first time home buyers.
All in all, stay away from this builder. The cons definitely outweigh the pros.

We purchased a condo at the Qualico development in the Rutherford Rd. area of Edmonton. The unit is FLAWLESS, and the decorator was just incredibly talented, she took our ideas and just made them "pop". The quality of the work is just exceptional, vastly better than the last 3 condos we lived in. We drove to all the old Qualico buildings to see how they held up, and they were flawless as well. I still feel good about my decision to work with them.

If you are thinking about buying a streetside development .... Take a drive out to Okotoks, Ab . Check out Tucker Circle... This is what your new place will look like in 5 years due to extremely poor construction...check out the cracked driveways...the slanted roof lines....the unsafe decks without railings...DONT BUY

The sales team was satisfactory, but the service department could improve their communication with customers. Picking up deficiencies for service depatment needs improvement. Mostly satisfied and would still recomend to friends.
