Got the hole house windows and doors done by delfa Had 3 estimates from 3 diferent windows company delfa was the lowest 500$-1500$ and had the best energy ratings checked on energy star . Instalers were on time they did very profetional wark fast and clean i can recomend this company to others . Thanks delfa excellent job !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting for three months for one window. Disgusting business practices. Does not return calls, and changes story to suit his needs. I cancelled my window order. Good bye Alex!

I used this company about four years ago and it was just horrible. I came home and the installer was just finishing. I noticed the that deadbolt would not even close. He told be it would be extra to fix it. I said no way so he called Alex. Alex came about an hour later by which time I dan issue with the window as well. Alex demanded full payment and I said I would hold 10% back until my issues were dealt with. He sat there telling me that he would not leave until he got full payment. I told him I would not pay in full until he resolved my issues. He called his installer and they guy came back two hours later to deal with it. Had Alex in my house for over three hours as he would not leave until I paid him. I should have called the police to get him out of my house. Had more issues with the door a few months later, as it would not close. and it took them months to come out after dozens of calls. If you ever hear the name of Delfa Windows, run in the opposite direction!
